To serve partnerships of churches, ministries and other community organizations in cooperation with
government and law enforcement, to see our community transformed and individuals reach their potential.
Mission
To help churches, ministries and organizations working in partnership secure financial, administrative
and training resources needed to support the work that they have been called to.

- Prison project to address mental health, addiction and family issues prior to release
and provide support for men and women as they return to the community - Youth violence reduction initiative to bring clergy and churches together

Structure
LCSO is a subsidiary of Light of Hope in partnership with Lancaster County Council of Churches.
A board of representatives from LCCC and LOH, along with a Director, form the core working group.
