To catalyze and support ministries into Christian service networks that heal and restore individuals, groups and communities

Strategies

• to identify, envision and link ministries that bring healing, restoration and freedom to individuals and groups
• to support  churches, ministries and organizations working in partnership, providing financial and administrative services
• to provide training resources to enhance the work of these networks

Structure

Light of Hope is a 501c3 and a 509a, operating with oversight of a Pastoral Council and Board of Directors.

Subsidiaries of Light of Hope include: Light of Hope Ministry Team and Lancaster Community Service Organization.

An Executive Director along with several staff are responsible for the day-to-day operations.
